Control and delete your data.
Virtelink creates no account. Learn about device data, system VPN settings and support email.
No cloud account
There is no account, so there is no cloud account or synced profile data to request deletion for.
Delete profiles
Use More → Delete in Profiles. For all: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete all profiles. Disconnect an active profile first.
Clear diagnostic history
Settings → Privacy & Data → Clear diagnostic history; or Clear beside Previous Tests in Diagnostics.
Reset preferences
There is no Reset All Settings button. Manually choose System appearance, 5-second timeout and 20 reports. Reinstall normally recreates preferences, but backup restore may restore data.
Stop outside requests
Avoid diagnostics and manual public-IP refresh, and disconnect VPN. Overview automatically refreshes public IP on first appearance with no off switch; close the app to stop later requests.
Uninstall and system data
Deleting the app is expected to remove app and App Group containers; separately remove the Virtelink VPN configuration in iOS Settings. Apple controls backups. OpenVPN password cleanup is attempted after normal stop; abnormal termination and post-uninstall behavior still need device testing, so immediate removal of every copy is not promised.
